Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Lucky Logs is a Lucky Catch
Absolutely wonderful stay here!! Beautiful mountain view. One can hear the train blow as you enjoy the jacuzzi out on patio. There were Fire Works each nightcoming from Dollywood.

What a great place to stay!!! The cabin is so nicely decorated and very nice furnishings. Everything you would need in a kitchen is there. I couldn't keep my husband and son away from the new pool table!!! They loved it!! It is located near everything.... town and Dollywood is just minutes away. The staff at Aunt Bugs is very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back. I would love to stay longer next time..... it was home away from home.

The cabin was in a great location being close to downtown Pigeon Forge. It was on the end so it felt more secluded than the others. The only disappointment was the view of the dumpster in the back and the wifi not connecting most of the time. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The kids loved the pool table & darts, hot tub, jacuzzi, and access to the indoor pool. It was a perfect place for our family of 5!

I wish the indoor pool was a little bigger - its quite small.The WiFi was non existent and this caused some issues with us as my husband counted on it for work.
Excellent location, close to it all
Every thing was in order and it was located close to the main strip. Our only complaint is that it only has one king bed and one queen bed yet when advertised it was suppose to have to king suites. Other than that it is a nice cozy relaxing cabin
