Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

The visit
This cabin was stayed in by my In-laws. They traveled from Ohio and if it tells you anything they drove down twice in 2 weeks to stay here. They really enjoyed both weekends. It is a perfect cabin to bring a couple closer together. The check in and check out process was great and there were no issues at all. Definitely will be back again.
The perfect spot
This is the perfect cabin for a couple trying to spend time together. Its is big enough to give you space but small enough to make you have to smbe close to the one your with. We visited twice in 3 weeks and will definitely be back again.
Very nice getaway!
My wife and I stayed a long weekend at Dreamweaver. Overall, it was a great experience. The cabin was clean and had pretty much everything that we needed. I did not report it, but the ice maker was a little wonky. Otherwise everything worked fine. You are fairly close to other units, but everyone was nice and respectful. Check in and check out was a breeze. We spent most of our days hiking in the park and stopping downtown for a beer before heading back, so we didn't check out many attractions. We will definitely visit again!

When we were only 4 hours away after a 12 hour drive, Dollywood called and cancelled our cabin. In a panic I called Aunt Bugs and they were so friendly and understanding. They found us a cute little cabin in Gatlinburg. We were so close to everything and really enjoyed our stay during our honeymoon. Our cabin the dream weaver was clean, cute and just what we needed. We will definitely rent from them again!
Wonderful Winter Vacation.
We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Gatlinburg. The cabin is a perfect place for a couple to stay. The gas fireplace was warm and relaxing, and not having to carry in wood was a big plus for an old farmboy like me. The wife loved the Jacuzzi tub. It also has a separate shower. The king bed was very comfy. The staff at Aunt Bugs was professional and made everything easy. The cabin was clean and neat when we arrived. I highly recommend it for a couple.
