Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Our anniversary trip
We enjoyed our time and loved the cabin for just the 2 of us. We loved the fact that we were contacted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I did get the impression that the cabin was more secluded than it was. There was quite a bit of moisture in the cabin, so we use the gas logs to help eliminate it. The shopping and chair lift were great. Our dinner at Calhoun's was delicious. We had a wonderful trip and were impressed with the area & Aunt Bugs!
Cozy getaway
Cuddle inn was perfect for a couple's getaway. Tucked into the woods but close enough to downtown Gatlinburg for shopping convenience. The cabin was cozy and simple. Fit our needs well. We will stay again!
Nice cabin
We were in Gatlinburg for hiking. The cabin is convenient to town although it is not really walking distance to town. It was very nice and clean. Hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The Aunt Bugs crew was great. Easy check in and they checked on us a couple of time during our stay. I would rent from them again.
Quiet get away for 2❤️❤️
We had a great time. The cabin was so sweet. Everything was prefect and clean. We loved the cabin look inside and out. After a semi long drive there because we took the back roads. Ity was so nice just to sit in the hot tub and relax with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back.
Mid-Week Retreat
Very relaxing and enjoyable. Close enough to everything but quiet at the end of the day. We were told it was walking distance to town and/or the trolley which was not the case for us. We were also under the impression that there was a stackable washer/dryer but may have misread the cabin description. Next time we will look for something larger with a separate bedroom and not bathtub in the livingroom.
