Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Rental was as described, pictures were what you got, and the place was clean and inviting. Staff was very customer service oriented and friendly as well.

we had a wonderful time here, everyone enjoyed this beautiful mansion. the little minor things we found was addressed immediately, this mansion was describe same on the site. the owner provide great customer service. the road to this mansion was easier than the other cabin we stayed two years ago. I would come back again. we were 30 mins from downtown attractions but it felt like a 15 min ride. over all we had a ball with Chef Ray we enjoyed our two days breakfast, lunch,& Dinner this vacation was a relaxed vacation. Thanks for sharing your Mansion
Great Vacation Staff Was Always Helpfull
It was absolutely loads of fun for me and my whole family. I feel some of the items in the kitchen could be up dated.
Amazing Friendsgiving Trip
The house was great. There was plenty of space to spread out for our group of 20. It was secluded, but close enough to grocery stores and gas stations. There was plenty of parking on site and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of seating for our group to have a big dinner together. The pool area was a great addition, and the Bluetooth speakers/TV worked well. The floors on the main level were a bit sticky, but housekeeping arrived quickly and handled our complaint. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
Mountainview Mansion
We had a great time, the pool was awesome. I was disappointed in the pool not being ready when we arrived. The upstairs Fridge did not work, but thankful there was another one and one downstairs, the garbage disposal didnt work and neither did the dishwasher. Not a big deal, we washed ourselves. But you would think they would address these things.
Amazing House!!
We had an amazing time! A bunch of us went and there was plenty of room for everyone. The view was out of this world!!
