Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Beautiful Views, Lots Of Space
First Heavenly Heights is a beautiful cabin with beautiful views. We can trek they did some updating but the cabin could still use a little more work. The floors are warped and you can feel the rise and sink in the floor as you walk.
We do wish the patio table was still on the kitchen level balcony because that's really where we spent a lot of time during our first visit.
One thing to be aware of is the walls are very very thin so you hear everything no matter what level you're on.
The fridge needs to be replaced and the kitchen cabinets could stand to be fixed as well.
Overall we enjoyed Heavenly Heights the 1st & 2nd time we stayed and would totally recommend it to future guest.
Sidebar; be prepared to see at least 1 or 2 bears, squirrels, rabbits & raccoons lol

Excellent For A Big Group
Beautiful location, loved that it could house all of our group, porch with the view was amazing, games and bunk beds downstairs were perfect for the kids. Kitchen big enough for lots to help!
Drawbacks... we couldn’t temperature regulate the downstairs. It was ICE cold. The cookware was very old and worn and not clean (bring your own non stick skillets and pots would be my suggestion). Maintenance was very quick to come out when projector wasn’t working, but they were rude.

Amazing Stay
This cabin was the perfect distance from neighbors, town & everything you need! Cabin was very clean. There were enough towels & dishes for everyone. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The cabin is beautiful, decorated for Christmas and in a spectacular setting in the Smoky Mountains. Coming from 4 different states, we enjoyed being in the relaxing atmosphere and simply spending quality family time. Having the 5 bedroom/5 bath was very nice, along with 2 common areas, there was enough space to share or have alone time.
There were a few minor details that indicate the property has been a long term rental and could be improved upon.
The rental process, check in and check out processes were very easy. The staff was very professional. We would rent again from Elk Springs, and refer friends to rent here as well.

SUCH A GREAT FAMILY EXPERIENCE. ALL MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS UNDER ONE ROOF BONDING. A WEEK OF RELAXATION AND KICKING BACK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE RENTED THIS CABIN AND WE'LL BE BACK AGAIN. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED. THE RENTAL COMPANY WAS ON THE BALL AND ATTENTIVE. THEY HAVE GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH. ONE OF THE BEST ASPECTS OF HEAVENLY HEIGHTS WAS THE FIRE PIT. THEY ARE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN. WE USED IT NEARLY EVERY NIGHT. GATLINBURG SHOPPING IS ALWAYS FUN AND NEARBY. THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN PARK PROVIDE BEAUTIFUL SITES AND WELL AS VIEWING WILDLIFE IN THEIR NATURAL HABITAT. MY FAMILT IS ALREADY TALKING ABOUT OUR RETURN AND WE WILL. A GREAT PLACE.
