2 night stay or 2 week stay your cabin is equipped with a full kitchen and all the cookware and appliance you'll need to prepare in cabin meals, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave. You'll also have a washer and dryer for extended stays.
Spread out in 1 of the 3 suites, 2 with king beds and the other with a queen bed. 3 Full baths adjoins each suite. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping for 2 guests (best suited for kids).
You won't get bored! Head to the game room for a game of Foosball or pool and then venture into the theater room for an amazing big screen surround sound experience with theater seating.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

The Cabin was great and had a beautiful view. It had enough room for my family and yet we did not have to be on top of each other. We were happy that we were able to take my daughters dog and he had fun also. Only problem was the commodes went down slow. Other than that it was great for all of us.

Incredible Place
The cabin was super clean and huge, and the views were as described in the name, breathtaking. We loved using the hot tub in the evening after long days of hiking and exploring and playing pool with our two young sons. We also,.loved that we could experience all this with our mini Australian shepherd puppy. We would highly recommend Elk Springs resort, Breathtaking Views and will be back soon.
