Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Family Fun In The Smokies
The cabin was a huge hit with the family, especially the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. Just a short drive to attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Quick response time from property management. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and looking forward to visiting again!

Love the area my cabin was at. Love the pool my kids enjoyed it every day n nite. beside the traffic overall we enjoyed our stay n will stay again..thank you elksprings resort for the memories wit my family
Fantastic Entertainment Cabin
Ideal for families with pre-teen and older kids. Lots of room to sleep, can sleep up to 10 easily. Points to keep in mind:
1. Fantastic cabin, spacious, updated bathrooms.
2. Very comfortable beds!
3. Plenty of TV channels
4. Bring male-to-male connection for your chromecast in movie room and enjoy Netflix/Prime Video/Disney etc.
5. Nice pool table, arcade and even poker table - loved it!
6. Quiet and peaceful.
7. Mngmnt company very responsive with any issues
8. Not much of a view b/c its obstructed by trees
9. Small issues: Needs a bit more cups, bowls. BBQ grill needs to be replaced/cleaned. Pool could use a more regular treatment

Great And Relaxing Stay!
We had a wonderful stay for Fall Break at Swimming in Paradise! The cabin is conveniently located and we loved being able to do the Wahoo Ziplines that was on the property. That is a big reason we stay on property so we can be close to ziplining. There were a few repairs that needed to be done...such as the handle on the stove was broken (but was easily fixed) and the shower door in the downstairs bathroom was completely busted and needs to be replaced. It did not slide properly. The pool area was wonderful and clean, water was warm. Hot tub worked perfectly and was clean as well. We would certainly stay here again! Thank you!
My Mountain Experience
Our stay started off rocky due to no water pressure throughout the entire cabin but Elk Springs had someone come out you took a little longer than expected but everything was taken care of and fixed by the end of the night. Also one negative for me is that the furniture is very dated you get the cabin feel but you also know that the furniture is worn. Other than those issues I recommend that you go because I enjoyed it the overall experience was wonderful having everything under one roof and available for you is a plus plus plus
