Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Wonderful Few Days
We stayed at Cherokee Charm during the days of our daughter's wedding. It is a beautiful cabin. It was a hectic few days but it was lovely to be able to come back to such a comfortable homey place. We hope to be able to stay again soon so we can enjoy all this cabin offers.

This cabin was perfectly located; close enough to all the Gatlinburg attractions, yet far away enough for some peace and quiet. Will stay here again!
Family Vacation 2022
The eight of us from New Jersey embraced nature at its fullest! The lodging was all that it said it would be.....the perfect get away!
The only....and I mean the only downside would be the mattresses on all the beds. They truly need to be upgraded, especially the bunk beds. This made getting a good night’s rest quite difficult.
That being said, it definitely would not derail us from coming back.....we hope to get back to the beautiful Smoky Mountains real soon!

3 Wonderful Nights In Cherokee Charm
We were 2 couples from Florida and were very satisfied with our rental experience. The location was within the resort itself. Close to Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Ford. The resort staff were on spot with a minor issue with a light bulb needing replacement. We were indeed thankful for the cooler weather. The cost was reasonable. We plan to come back soon.

Perfect Family Getaway
This cabin was great for a family weekend away. Close enough to downtown but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. This is the type of cabin that you font have to leave to have fun. The hot tub, pool table and movie theater keeps you entertained. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a large group.
