Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Hiking Getaway With Famly
Convenient location. We enjoyed being away from downtown Gatlinburg. We used most of the amenities such as the hot tub, pool table and theater. Unfortunately, we discovered that the Jetta bathtub was broken and the resort sent someone right over, but they were unable to repair it during our stay. Make sure to bring or purchase extra dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, and TP.

Mountain Laurel Stay
Overall it was a great experience and stay. I did notice a couple areas that weren’t clean, but honestly the whole cabin was huge and for it to be spotless that would be hard. The areas a noticed was the headboard on the main floor master bath and the bathroom cabinet front in the basement. I would still highly recommend this cabin and would go back again.
Family Christmas Trip
The rental was perfect for us. Our kids are all grown so getting everyone together at Christmas can be hard. We all really enjoyed the pool table and theatre room. Old home videos were watched and fun was had by all !!!
