Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Soccer Team Haven
For the past several years, our soccer team has stayed in several Elk Spring cabins. These cabins never disappoint! They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!
Cozy And Perfect
This cabin was exactly what we needed and wanted! It was just big enough for 8 of us with sharing beds and having our own beds. It was comfy and cozy, and really holds onto the cool air! Hot tub was perfect, kitchen had just what you needed for a short stay. Movie theater room was a hit!! And it had a ton of movies if you forget some of yours. The beds were more on the firm side, but the pillows were really comfy! It wasn’t too far into the mountains so it was a manageable amount of mountain driving. We all absolutely loved it.

We love staying with Elk Springs. They make everything very easy from check in to check out. Only complaint this time around was the house was not as clean as it could have been.
Great Place Away From Busy Downtown
Overall we had a great experience. Check-in and Check-out were painless, and Elk Springs made the whole process super easy.
There were a few things (like in the bottom floor bathroom, you had to plunge it every other time you used it, the shower on the top floor drains very slowly, drains probably need to be cleaned; they provided linens and a pillow for the pullout couch, but no extra blankets so we were one short).
Overall, we would definitely rent from Elk Springs again!

Spring Break
We had a wonderful experience. Elk Springs was very attentive to us and the cabin was perfect! It was quiet, loaded with everything we needed to spend time with our college girls for a couple of days! Will be back soon hopefully!
