Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Great Place!
No complaints here! It's a great location and a great little cabin. It was us and my inlaws, so four adults and we took the downstairs bedroom and let the "grown ups" have the loft. I will say that if you are sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, the Jacuzzi tub is directly above you, and if the jets are on, it is LOUD. VERY LOUD. It probably louder there than in the Jacuzzi tub. That and the dryer didn't work, and I was freezing so I tried to use an extra blanket out of the closet and it smelled like people. We washed it, but had to hang it on the porch because the dryer would not rotate. We did report that issue so they have probably fixed it. All in all, we loved this cabin and will definitely consider it if we come back!
Beautiful Peace And Quite
My husband had just had 2 brain surgeries. I was looking for a place he could enjoy the view. Man did this cabin deliver. It was amazing having the creek right out the door. We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and it's surroundings.
Cozy Creek Review
The cabin was super clean and well furnished. It is set up more for visitors coming for a short 2-3 day stay than longer.
It has a beautiful setting close enough to Gatlinburg that getting back from the great restaurants and events were not a problem. Being able to go the back way into Pigeon Forge was also a bonus.
There were a few glitches for us since we stayed two weeks. Bringing our own supplies for a long stay was a challenge for storage when we got there. We rearranged and managed.
The upstairs bedroom is especially nice. I am sure that most people that can climb stairs and don’t have a little blind Yorkie would chose to stay upstairs.
We loved being there. We did had an adventure with a bear looking for food. Fortunately we did not leave any food goods in our pickup and it was not damaged.
We look forward to coming back!

Charming Cabin
The cabin was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed when we arrived. We enjoyed the stay very much. We did have bear visitors to the garbage area. But when you are in their home, expect it.
Memorial Day
The cabin was roomy and we had great weather. We could not get the cable TVs in the 2 bedrooms to work. Dollywood was very nice, especially the new museum. Wish we had a shorter drive to you.
