Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Nice Place
Beautiful 1 bedroom cabin deep in the mountains. We stayed during the fall and the cabins gas fireplace was a nice way to unwind from the days events. The king bed was amazing! We used the hot tub on several occasions during our stay and enjoyed it as well.

This cabin is perfect for a couple or small family. It’s such a cozy cabin with the pool table! We love that it had a hot tub! We will definitely be back!

Comfy And Fun
Fontana is a great fit for a relaxing vacation with your significant other. There were enough towels for both bathroom plus more for the jetted tub. I was expecting the loft to have another queen size bed but the pull out couch wasn't a bad sleeper. If you are expecting a overlook view(like my partner was), this cabin isn't the best fit but the drive up has alot of places to stop at to snap pics. No bears were spotted on our visit but we did catch a beaver at sunrise. Will definitely book again!
