Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Perfect Getaway Cabin
Very nice, relaxing, beautiful cabin. No problem with the directions, cabin was a breathtaking view. 5 star cabin
Last Minute Stay
We wanted a few more days of vacation and a tropical storm along the coast pushed us inland. We landed at Moonshiners Cabin and we were so pleased with our stay. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The staff was attentive and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It was relaxing and perfect for a few more days of fun before returning to real life.
Birthday Trip
The cabin has a great view, was clean, and not too far from town. The only down side was one of the chairs on the porch needs to be replaced.
Great Cabin
A lovely and well maintained cabin. We loved our stay. The cabin itself was in great shape and we didn't have a single issue the entire five days we were there. I'd mention that there isn't any street parking and the driveway is very steep, so parking several cars would be a challenge.

Great location!!! So clean perfect for our four person getaway.
Only negative was me and my daughter slept in the basement and it was freezing!
Needs a pac unit down there or some heat vents. I could only find one in the bathroom.
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked and grilled out. Bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
The driveway is a bit tricky but mastered it after first night.
This is our third time staying with Elk springs thank you and we will see you again very soon!!!!

cabin exceeded expectations for sure. I only gave a 4* to cleanliness because the floors hadn't been swept but other than that the cabin was clean and you can tell it is well maintained.
