Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Wonderful Cabiin Home
This property looked amazing in the photos, and it was equally amazing in real life. The home was super clean when we arrived. Everything it advertised was there and in good working order. I loved the reservation process, communication from Elk Springs, the keyless entry, and the text to check-out feature. We had a minor issue with the heat, and after a quick phone call and it was resolved within 2 hours. We did not see any bears, but we did see wild turkeys! The only thing I might suggest is somehow giving cabins a terrain or altitude rating. When renting in the Smoky Mountains, it is hard to tell how high up in the mountains an individual cabin home is. This one was pretty high up a winding, twisting road. We didn't mind, it's just that we couldn't tell during the reservation process.
Food City and Family Dollar are fairly close, so we were able to stock our kitchen with food for the week. While here, we ate at Three Jimmy's and Timbers Log Cabin restaurants, both near the cabin. Both were excellent! We also enjoyed much of what Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge had to offer, and we loved that we could take the "back way" over to Pigeon Forge and avoid the traffic through Gatlinburg. We also took advantage of the free trolley into Gatlinburg one day. And, of course, we hiked some trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. While I love the hikes, one highlight was the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, a one way drive through a beautiful part of the GSMNP. Plus, we had a bear siting on the way to Roaring Fork.
Overall, a wonderful home that met our needs wonderfully. We recommend!

Our Stay At Elks Springs Resort
The Cabin was Beautiful. It was a perfect end to our 3 week vacation. Saw Bears, Deer's and the most vicious wild animals that walked to our deck were 2 adorable kittens!! I highly recommend Elk Springs Resort Cabins. It was so peaceful! Thank You!
