Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Absolutely Perfecr
From check in to check out we loved this cabin it was a wonderful experience and I wish we could have stayed another few nights which was offered at a discounted rate but we had to get home to our cats. We spent 75% of our time in the cabin or on the deck or in the hot tub. I can’t say enough good things about them. If your looking for a cabin this company is in my opinion the best and everything was seamless. Bring some extra toilet paper with you though I didn’t know we had to and we almost ran out but it’s okay it didn’t make this company or experience any less amazing.

Exceed Expectations
Our cabin was picture perfect. At first I was worried about renting from such a big company. But everything was perfect our cabin was very clean. Check in and out was easy. When we did talk to customer service they where extremely friendly and kind. Elk springs was absolutely amazing! We will be booking with them again next summer!
Elk Springs Resort Is Fabulous!
My fiancee and I booked a cabin called Spur of the Moment. Its a 2 bedroom cabin w a pool table, a foosball tabe, a hot tub on an outside deck thats very nice, there are these HUGE floor to ceiling windows and the master bedroom has a fireplace, a heart shaped jacuzzi,and an UNBELIEVABLE rain shower thats octagon shaped that you MUST SEE AND EXPERIENCE! And I didnt even mention the full kitchen w srainless steel pckg, numerous tvs w dvd players, and I believe there were 3 total fireplaces. The guest vedroom was also very nice. And it was CLEAN!!!
Home Away From Home
This cabin is beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s at the end of a quiet cul de sac with only a few other cabins. The kitchen had most everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace, the hot tub, and the beautiful windows. What we will miss most is the rain shower. It’s amazing. This is our third year staying at Elk Springs and we look forward to returning next year.
Wonder Experience
Took the drive from Florida to resort, it was absolutely lovely the pictures don’t do the property justice the view was amazing , cabin was spotless other guest was friendly and as excited as me and my crew was cabin is less then 10 mins away from the famous strips Full of shopping store , amusement and entertainment plaza. I’m already planning the next stay thanks to the staff for all the information about town and great communication.
