Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Relaxing Vacation
Had a wonderful stay, just a few minutes from Gatlinburg. Enjoyed the hot tub! The shower had great water pressure. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even did our laundry there. Just perfect for the two of us. We love being close to everything we wanted to do and have more privacy than a hotel would offer.

Staff very helpful, kept in touch. Cabin clean, easy to get to and find. Unable to get TV in great room to work. TV's in bedroom worked just fine.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was a nearby dog that kept barking. The house next door was also an eye sore.
Beautiful Cabin
This cabin was perfect. Everyone I dealt with prior to the visit was very helpful. The cabin was clean and gorgeous. The hot tub was clean and the cabin had a washer/dryer combo. I would definitely stay in this cabin or any cabin with this company. Just remember to buy supplies for longer stays. They don't give much. And make sure you ask them to snake the tub and shower or you will be cleaning out the hair from last renters. That really should be done on a monthly basis without having to call anyone. The beds squeak and so do the loft floors but it's not too bad.

We found this cabin "Magic Moments" to be charming on the inside. The surrounding residences were very untidy.
We only used the laundry and dishwasher amenities.
The downstairs bathroom/shower, smells as if there has been a water leak problem.
Tolerable, but noticeable.
We filled our days with activities and enjoyed returning to the calm and comforts of the cabin.
