Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Mountain Majic
Excellent location-close enough to activities yet located in a secluded site. Amazing view of the mountains both on the deck or in the hot tub. This cabin did not disappoint: has everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway. We will be back!!
Great Weekend Getaway With Super Friendly Staff
My husband and I loved staying at this cabin. The friendly staff from Elk Springs Resort made it so accommodating and convenient to check in and check out. We were also able to send a simple text to request an additional night while we were there. I will say that it could use a new bed, but other than that, it was perfect. Spectacular view with everything you need for a romantic getaway.
Beautiful And Relaxing
Spacious cabin for two, the perfect romantic getaway. Describing the view would not do it justice. Resort was in contact with us if anything was ever needed and check in/out was easy. Only about a 15 minute drive to the grocery store or downtown. As many reviews stated, make sure to have four wheel drive for the steep driveway. No snow for us but it would come in handy if it did.
