The adults will retire to the king suite with jacuzzi tub and full bath while the kids can use the sleeper sofa in the great room.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Everything was good the hot tub is not levelleans to the front and the couch needs replacing but other than that it's a nice cabin
Anniversary Getaway
Good. There were a few glitches. No hair dryers in the bathrooms. I guess that was in the descriptions for the cabin but this day and age you expect it. Plumbing leak in the upstairs shower that leaks onto the dryer in the bathroom below it.

Anniversary At Mountain Splash
Upon arriving at our cabin my wife and I were beyond impressed with the location and layout. It was beautiful. We took advantage of everything from the hot tub on the porch to the pool. With all of the awesome emenities the cabin was still very cozy for the two of us. It was our first time to Gatlinburg and we're already looking forward to returning, and when we do we're going to book Mountain Splash again only this time we're going to stay longer.
