Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Secluded Cabin With An Amazing View!
The cabin was everything we hoped for and more for celebrating our 30th anniversary! It is in a quiet location a little further from the parkway, which we loved, but still close enough to be in town in 20 minutes. It was very clean and the beds were SO comfortable! The couches in the living room were super comfortable too! The floor to ceiling windows showcase the view which was always changing due to low lying clouds and we spent so much time on the deck in the hot tub taking it all in! The fog and clouds lifted our last night giving us an incredible view of the stars that was so magical! The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for cooking. The maintenance staff were so helpful with quickly taking care of the few problems we had during our stay. This is our second stay with Elk Springs Resort and we will definitely be back! Our only downside was that the jacuzzi tub in the master bath had mold in the tubing so there were little flakes of black stuff that would come out when you used it. The maintenance staff tried cleaning it and we worked on it some more, but it may need the tubing replaced. Bearfoot Memories is a wonderful cabin that you will love staying in!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week in this great cabin. The view was absolutely amazing and the cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
Short But Sweet
We have been to Gatlinburg many times over the last 43 years beginning with our honeymoon, and we always enjoy our time there. This trip was more of a last-minute thing as we had to travel to Alabama for some family business and decided to stop off for a quick break on our way home. Since we have stayed with Elk Springs in the past, it was an easy decision to trust their staff and our stay to one of their cabins. Once again, our experience was beyond our expectations.
The cabin was clean and in perfect shape and the view was simply breathtaking. It was a little tough to find, since it was on a private road and the "Stop: Private Road" sign threw us off, but a text message to the office, even though it was after 6:00 P.M., cleared things up and we were able to get settled soon after.
The staff at Elk Springs has always been easy to work with, and the easy Check-in and Check-out process makes things easy and secure.
We only stayed 2 nights, but the process from finding a cabin to leaving the property at the end did help us relax a little on our way back home to "Normal". We can highly recommend Elk Springs Resorts and have many times.

Vacation Get Away
View was awesome.
Great Experience
My wife & I and another couple spent 5 days at Bearfoot Memories cabin. The cabin was perfect for 2 couples. The views were unbelievable. We used the pool table , hot tub , and cable tv. We got to see bears on 3 different occasions. The main downside to the cabin is that it is located high on a mountain- hence the incredible views- but driving up and down the narrow road at night can be difficult. Also note that you will have to go shopping since only the bare necessities are provided. We highly recommend this cabin as long as you are okay with mountain drving
