Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Cabin And View!
Our cabin was ready for us upon arrival. We were notified prior to arrival that the pull out sofa bed had been damaged and they wouldn’t be able to fix it for our stay, they did provide an air mattress in exchange. The cabin is beautiful and spacious! It has everything you need for an easy vacation. The view is spectacular; we loved being able to wake up to mountains every day and watch the sun rise/set from the hot tub. The cabin was clean but my only complaint is that the windows were very smudged up and needed a better cleaning. All in all, it was fabulous and we would return in the future! The staff is mindful in making sure you are ok.

A Paradise In The Mountains!
My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience. The cabin we stayed in was exactly as pictured online - both in location, the view, and the layout. We enjoyed every moment of it and could not have been happier with our experience. These cabins are so beautiful, they speak for themselves! We also loved the self check in process and communication with the staff via text. It was very easy and convenient. The only issue we had was that although the cabin was cleaned, it seemed like it was done too quickly or poorly done as there was someone's hair on our comforter on the bed upon arrival and the balconies had spider webs all over them. There was also garbage on the floor upstairs. But other than that, everything was excellent!
Fabulous Views
The house was perfect and the pictures don't do it justice. It was a lot bigger than expected, especially the second floor and loft. Plenty of room for our two boys. The views of the mountains are incredible!
Top Notch Cabin
We recently stayed 4 days, 3 nights in one of the cabins. Wow! Spectacular view from our cabin. Cabin was clean and beautiful. It was easy to get to and from Cabin and attractions. My only complaint, the pool is very small.
