Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Above The Clouds was above expectation! The cabin was beautiful on the inside, very clean, well stocked and just as advertised. The area was peaceful and quiet. The company was great to work with. Everything was easy to access and they communicate very well with the guests. I would definitely rent with them again in the future.

Above The Clouds 75 Is Heavenly
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Elk Springs Resort and our cabin! First, this company provides first class service to their guest! When we arrived the air conditioner was not working correctly. We called and reported and someone was at our door in 15 minutes or less - very impressive in the world we live in now where service seems always to be lacking. The cabin itself could not have been nicer! Ours was a romantic getaway for our 39th anniversary! The views from the deck are so picturesque! The upstairs the perfect size for two and the master suite downstairs is wonderful with the pool table right outside the bedroom for fun when you first wake up or right before bedtime! Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of wandering the Smokies! We loved everything about this rental company and this cabin and highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury getaway!

I loved everything about my stay in the Legacy Resort. The communication was awesome, I received a text concerning everything about that cabin before I left and the day I left I was sent a text with the location again, including directions and the code needed for entry. Cabin was awesome! Great location- easy to get to, beautiful view, and super clean! Allow yourself a little extra time getting there if coming in on a weekend. We are from the surrounding area and know what traffic is like, but still arrived about 45 minutes later than we expected on the back roads. The cabin was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in! Bedroom is downstairs-which was fine for us, but may not be a preference for others who may have difficulty with stairs. Bed was ok-but we prefer a firmer mattress. There was a sports car show in the area and throughout the nights we were able to hear the loud exhaust/mufflers noise from the cars that were staying in the community.(Other than that, it is was very quiet.) We loved the cabin and will definitely be back. Elk Springs was super easy to book through and communication was great! Loved our weekend Above the Clouds!
