Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Happy With It All
The experience was great. We loved the cabin. I did leave a blanket on the couch. Waiting to hear if the cleaner found it. It has to be there tho. I a. Praying it wasn't kept. I loved that blanket so much. If I'm told it wasn't there, I don't think I'll be able to recommend this to another person because I know i don't have it and I did not take it anywhere. It was left on the love seat.
Our Rental
Great stay! Really enjoyed the location. Spectacular
views. However, your hot tub likely needs repair or replacement. The jets do not work properly. All in all though, very pleased with the rental.

My husband and I had an incredible time in out Elk Springs Cabin! We visited from MI on our first vacation without children in 19 years. The views from the cabin were breathtaking! We loved the fact we were close to both Downtown Pigeon Forge, Downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain National Park. We are hikers and really enjoyed returning to the relaxing cabin after a long days of hiking. It was important to us not to have an hour climb with the car up to our cabin like our last visit to the Smokies.
The communication with the rental company was on point and very appreciated. The cabin had everything we were looking for and more! We will be back, love from Michigan♡

Honeymoon Trip
We came here for our honeymoon and it was a beautiful place to stay. The cabin was so clean and the view from both balconies was just amazing. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset out on the balcony or having movie nights under the stars. We really loved that it was only 15 minutes to drive to town so it was nice a close to the everything. Everyone in town was just so lovely and friendly to chat with too. We will definitely be coming back here to stay again

Perfect cabin for our extended Holiday weekend. Perfect distance away from downtown yet close enough we could drive in for dinner, etc. We love the location of Legacy Mtn.
