Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Anniversary Trip
It was amazing the rental was beautiful with a great view. It was perfect and my husband and enjoy our stay. We can't wait to come back with our children.
A Mountain Paradise!
Paradise Views is the perfect spot to get away! You are close enough for a quick drive to PF (about 15 min awaya) or Gatlinburg (about 18-20 min away), yet far enough away for complete peace and quiet. The cabin was clean and well stocked for everything we needed for a night in. As a first time visitor to the area, I was afraid to pick the perfect cabin bc of all of the choices. I can promise I will be back and will be renting from Elk Springs (and definitely Paradise Views) for future trips!
Gorgeous Views Of The Smokies
What a beautiful place! This cabin was perfect lodging to experience a relaxing and adventurous weekend in the Great Smokey Mountains. The views from the decks are truly stunning, and we could watch the sun rise over the mountains each morning from the bed. The hot tub on the lower deck made for a perfectly luxurious and romantic afternoon following intense mountain hikes and outdoor excursions. The natural wood appearance of the cabin further complimented the mountainous feel. I would highly recommend you stay here.
The Name Says It All!!
The stay was fabulous. It was very easy to get to. Not far from town and I could park right in front of the door! The cabin was all we needed...pool table, arcade games a d the hot tub! It was so clean and cozy! The team was amazing. As soon as I needed something they came promptly! I hated to leave but I definitely will be back!

The stay here was amazing. Had a small mishap but maintenance responded immediately. Everything was 10/10 from the cabin, the area, and the scenery I’m definitely coming back soon.
Great View, Super Cozy!
Great view, very comfy cabin. Lots of cookware and small appliances if you want to cook. An easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You have neighbors but it feels very private, highly recommend!
