Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful cabin , view is amazing would def stay again
Beautiful
When we got there everything was clean, there were some light bulbs burn out. We called for maintenance and was given a 2 1/2 hour timeframe for them to arrive. They arrived within an hour and the maintenance guy was extremely helpful and quick to repair the items. In the pictures it showed a privacy screen around the hot tub but there wasn't one. Even though the other homes around are down lower it still would've been nice.
Beautiful Mountain Views!
We only were there on vacation for 2 days, but it was the best 2 days we've had in a long time! The place was beautiful the view of the mountain was wonderful! We wish we could have stayed longer, the place was slightly dirty in some places, but otherwise was well kept just minor details.. Our experience we were more concerned with the beauty of the area we were staying in and this place was just that! It was beautiful, peaceful, and overall a great quiet stay! However I think the price was a little too high, for what it was but still excellent and if I had to do it over again I would have still stayed here!

Mountain Glory - Top Notch
The cabin rental was easy and the management team was always in contact via text and phone call. Very professional. The cabin is more for couples but we enjoyed every part of it still having our 11 month old son with us. It has an amazing view that can’t be beat!
