Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Wonderful Honeymoon Cabin
The word 'cabin' does not adequately describe this house. It's a beautiful home. Very private (except for the occasional bear sighting). The only complaint we had is it didn't smell all that great. We enjoyed our stay very much. (And we could bring our fur baby)
Family Getaway
We planned a quick getaway before school started and Elk Springs delivered again. We always enjoy their accommodations.
Excellent Cabin
This was our first time staying with elk springs , and we were very pleased. The cabin was on a incline so it was difficult to park a vehicle by the cabin but there is a place to park before the incline. The cabin was beautiful and in the perfect area. Their customer service is excellent as well, we will be staying with them again soon for sure.
Smoky Mountain Romance
Overall we had a wonderful peaceful time. We went sight seeing and saw bears. The cabin is easy to locate and it was in a nice private area. The lay out of the cabin was perfect. I want to be truthful here, Th e two things that were minor infractions were that the TV In the main room never worked even after we followed the management directions, so we could not watch TV as a family. We were able to watch the bedroom TV's. Secondly the cabin was clean, but very very dusty. Please dust thoroughly. It has not been dusted for a while. I still give the cabin a 10.
My Time With Elk Springs
We had a nice stay while there, had everything we needed and look forward to hopefully visiting again.
