Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Anniversary Trip To Gatlinburg
We had a great stay! Super clean and cute cabin. We loved how quiet and peaceful the area was but, it was still close to town. Definitely will book with Elk Springs again!
Great Couples Getaway
Perfect location for a quiet weekend away. Close to downtown Gatlinburg and all of the attractions. Elk Springs made the process of checking in and out simple as well. We even saw black bears in the woods near the cabin. Great overall experience.

Beautiful! Outside of town in nature, but close to everything. Rustic, cute and cozy!
The Ultimate Bear Experience!!
Absolutely loved the cabin. It was clean & cozy. The location just minutes to Gatlinburg & easy to Pigeon Forge could not have been better but felt like you were miles away. The bears!! Let's talk bears!! So many bears! Momma bears, baby bears, Pappa bears, in the van, on the van, on the deck, on the Rd, on the neighbors porch. Everyday, multiple times a day. Would definitely rent this cabin again!!
Had A Great Time . We Plan To Return.
This was the first time my wife and I stayed at an Elk Springs property. We had a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location .The second day we were there we were visited by the three bears. We enjoyed seeing them. We left them alone and they left us alone. They passed by and were definitely searching for food.
