"The cabin was excellent for large family crowds. We had 9 adults and 4 kids. The description fit it perfectly. Our only wish is that they have more than 2 trash cans for that large of a crowd. We loved hiking and the comforts of a home cabin afterwards. Five stars all around. "

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

The property is overall very cozy and has great space!
Comfortable, High Quality, Family-Friendly Cabin
The Good: Cabin was sturdy and clean. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Other than a few minor inconveniences (more on that in a second) everything was in working order. Internet and cable service was fantastic without any slowdowns or service interruptions. Cable included HBO, which was unexpected. Location was extremely convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Smoky Mountain National Park. The arcade machine was a really great touch, especially for families with kids.
The Inconvenient: The driveway is extraordinarily steep. Our mini-van made it to the top okay, but I can easily see some less powerful vehicles having a lot of trouble. Some TVs were zoomed in or out without any way to fix because the original remote was missing. One couch has a busted spring, so we didn't use it. Bring some silverware (spoons especially) or buy some plasticware for the kitchen. Some showers/baths were dripping.
Overall, we had a really great stay and would absolutely come here again. Those "inconveniences" were just that. With the exception of the driveway, there was nothing really serious to complain about, which is why we give it five stars. Kudos to the rental agency for a really great experience. Thank you!
