This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

DON'T RENT THIS CABIN!!!!
Do not rent this cabin. Everything is worn out and needs replaced. The cabin is half the size it looked in pictures. No way could 12 people even fit in this cabin. We had 7 adults and 1 child. It was a struggle. The kitchen would never accomodate a large group. If the dishwasher door was open, only 1 person could fit in the kitchen. There is no cabinet space to put away groceries. Not one knife in the place could cut anything. The pots and pans were ancient. Cheap chintzy silverware. The mattresses were all worn out. Very small bedrooms on the lower level. Couldn't enjoy the pool table because the pool cues were missing a tip and there was no chalk. One billiard ball was broken. The bedroom light in the loft did not work. Supposed to be able to call for a mid-week trash pickup. We called. It never happened. Please don't make the mistake we did by renting this cabin.
