Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Nice Getaway
The cabin was very clean. It is in a neighborhood of cabins but was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again. It was very convenient to Gatlinburg.
Perfect place for families and pets the 1st floor will be perfect as a in-law suite plus washer/dryer

Perfect home for a true Smoky Mountain experience.
We were extremely happy with this cabin situated in the woods but also just 5 min. from Gatlinburg and good shopping facilities. We stayed with 6 people in the cabin and it was a perfect size for this group. We enjoyed playing billiard and kicker in the evening and watching animals in the woods at breakfast.
