This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Gatlinburg in November
We absolutely loved our 4 night stay! We loved having our own bathroom in each bedroom. The hot tub and view from balcony was awesome! The top bedroom has the best view of the mountains from the cabin. We hope to be hack one day!

1st Family Vacation
Our family had an awesome vacation in Gatlinburg! There were a total of 8 of us..5 adults and 3 children. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We also were able to have our privacy if we wanted. We liked the wooded area the cabin was in, but had a little trouble finding the cabin. Lots of winding roads. But liked being out of town..but not far from town. Would definitely consider to rent this cabin again...
