Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

We arrived at check in time and it’s just SO nice to be able to drive up and walk right in (vs. having to check in at an office, get keys/passcodes and then driving to your cabin). We’ve stayed at this cabin in the past and just can’t get enough of the view (from the moment you walk in the front door!). We like to relax at the cabin and eat in and this kitchen has all the necessities to prepare meals. Plus, it’s so close to the main drag of Pigeon Forge that you’re never more than a couple miles from about anything you could want to eat or do for the day. It’s a quiet community with a shared indoor pool and even staying on a busy Spring Break week, we didn’t hear a peep from noisy neighbors. The pool can get busy during peak hours (and on a busy week like we stayed), but thankfully the kids enjoy the hot tub on our back porch just as well. The hot tub is also a beautiful and peaceful place to soak in the evenings after little ones are sound asleep! The big kids have their wi-fi and even unplugged for a bit to learn a few new games thanks to the ones provided. We played a lot of pool - something we never get to do at home (I actually think I’m going to miss that a lot!). There’s a nice big spot of grass along both sides of the cabin and a good patch of level ground under the deck, so taking the dog out was very easy and he had plenty of space to roam which isn’t the case with some of the other places we’ve stayed. Overall, we plan on staying at Smokey Mountain View again soon. I look forward to another lovely stay.
Beautiful
This cabin was very nice. My husband and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and this was the perfect place. So relaxing. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.
