This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Get back to God’s Country
We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful with all the comforts of home. Although we didn’t watch much TV a few more channels would be nice. Also more towels and wash cloths. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to get away for a beautiful restful vacation. We plan on coming back next year.

The cabin is clearly very well maintained and beautiful. We loved staying there.
Perfect cabin tucked away in the Smokies!
Very nice, quiet rustic mountain home. Tucked away off the beaten path with a peaceful view. The jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace was perfect for relaxation during the evening. Only about 15 minutes from the main Gatlinburg strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-night stay for our first anniversary!

Cozy, private feel. Clean and pleasantly furnished. Since it was the end of November, we didn't get to see any bears.
