Few images capture the childhood experience of the 1970s and 1980s quite as well as the characters of our favorite cartoon shows, and Scooby Doo! is one of these. Even though the show was highly predictable, it remains a cult classic today. Now, fans of Shaggy, Velma, Daphne, and Fred have the opportunity to experience their favorite team in a new way. If you are a fan of the show, you will want to gather your crew soon in Pigeon Ford to try their hand at Scooby Doo! Mystery Putt. This new attraction features teeming around the classic cartoon, with a mystery themed surprise.
Because Scooby Doo! Mystery Putt is the brainchild of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, you can expect the teeming to be perfect. Grab your gang and tee off on either the Coolsville Mine or the Coolsville Cemetery course. Each hole has plenty of mysterious surprises, just like the cartoon itself, but don’t worry, the theming of each course, while it will have its share of ghosts and ghouls, will remain family-friendly. Because of the surprises built into each hole, you may want to plan to play both courses, or plan a second visit to experience both. The course has a water feature, so keep an eye on your ball so you don’t lose it in the water.
After trying your hand at one or both of the mini putt courses and reveling in the decor, visit the Coolsville Gem Mine, Pan, for gems and colorful stones that you can take home as your own souvenir of the experience. The clubhouse and candy store give you a place to grab some snacks and extend the experience even further as you finish up your day. You will probably be able to find Scooby Snacks in the clubhouse to further authenticate our themed experience, or you can stock up on other candy favorites.
Like most mini putt experiences in the area, this one is outdoors and, as such, will be dependent on the weather. However, the candy shop is inside and open no matter the weather, and you can shop for Scooby Doo! themed merchandise during your visit or make a special stop to do some shopping. Even if you don’t have time to play a round of golf, or the weather isn’t conducive to playing, you can still experience the nostalgia of this attraction with a visit to the store.
