With a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and spacious living room, your small family or friend group will be right at home and comfortable here. The bedrooms are cozy, there is wifi and cable tv, and there are 2 full bathrooms for your convenience! And to top it all off, the owner went with a lodge theme so that you can feel like you're in a cabin, but with all the conveniences of staying in a condo! We know you'll be happy here, so come join in on FUN IN THE FORGE! ONLY 2 CARS ALLOWED. This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property. At Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals, we keep our phone lines open from 9a-8p Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sundays for our guests. Our maintenance department is also available until 8pm (6pm on Sundays), should you ever need our help with a maintenance related concern at your home. Should a maintenance emergency occur after 8pm or 6pm on Sundays, we have a special phone line you can call that we will provide on check-in day. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have for us! PROVIDED AT YOUR CONDO - 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom - 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area - 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink - 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed - 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed - 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

?A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

?For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
