Karen's cabin is nestled in Eagles Ridge just one mile from the strip in Pigeon Forge. Walking in, the main living area with gas fireplace, pull out sofa bed (sleeps 2), fully loaded kitchen, king sized master bedroom and a full bathroom. Follow thru the back for a cute deck with a grill and hot tub. Down stairs has a king studio with full bathroom, full pool table, couch and a washer /dryer. You'll love the ease of the location.
IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day
Road Conditions: Easily accessible in all weather condtions
Check-In:
*4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10am - There is NO check out “to do list” for your departure, you are on vacation & you should enjoy it to the last minute without having to do any “chores”.
Fireplaces:
*On During: October 1st - February 28th
*Off During: March 1st - September 30th
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 fee + VRBO service fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50 & VRBO service fee)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee($25) - $50 cancellation fee & VRBO service fee.
