Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

This rental is amazing!!! We have stayed at a lot of different properties but this one is by far the best. We trailer down our Harleys and having the garage is great. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. It is beautifully decorated and furniture was very comfortable. Location is great. Loved being close to everything. Hoping it will be available next year for our annual Memorial Day vacation!! :)
