Sitting right above the Pigeon Forge Parkway, this three bedroom condo is perfect for any family vacationing in the area. Each bedrooms offers a king bed and plenty of room. You will also find two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a private balcony that overlooks the city of Pigeon Forge. Located in a popular area of town, you have the option of using the paved sidewalk and walking down to the area attractions, shopping and restaurants or you can catch a Pigeon Forge Trolley at the bottom of the hill. The master bedroom offers a jacuzzi tub and the living room has a seasonal gas fireplace. We hope you choose to spend your vacation in our home away from home as we know you will love it just as much as we do.

Cancellation Policy

From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.

Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.

If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.

Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

Enjoyed our stay

Best Place to stay in Pigeon Forge.

Best home away from home. This is the only place we stay when on vacation in Pigeon Forge. Already have another vacation booked here for October.

Lovely Place great Staff

We really enjoyed our stay. The city view was great. Being on the 4th floor allowed you to see a lot. Thank you Wispering Pines hopefully we will return soon.

Whispering Pines continues to be our favorite place to stay!

Great place for families to stay. Always clean and staff is always nice and helpful. We have stayed here for many of our trips to Pigeon Forge and look forward to coming again!

Great stay as usual at Whispering

If you have large family, you want a clean comfortable place for the gang, you want to be in the middle of all the activities, and a staff that want your stay to be one you'll remember, this is the place. We've stayed multiple times during different seasons. We love it and look forward to our next stay!

Love Whispering Pines

Hilltop condo with gorgeous views. Everything you need for a luxurious stay. We usually plan our return visit while we are still there.

Great vacation!!!

Loved the laminate flooring throughout the unit! However the floor could have been slightly cleaner. It was quite dusty in certain areas and just one other problem was the baseboard in the bathroom. It needs to be replaced due to mold. But over all we really enjoyed staying in this unit. Had a great view of the city and it's very quiet. The staff is very friendly with the exception of one lady. But it is very possible that she was just having a couple of bad days. We will definitely stay here again! And thanks to the young man at the front desk who encouraged me to ride Lightning Rod!!! 😩😊👍
