Our 3 Bedroom Condominium is set up for any family and will sleep up to 8 people. Spacious King Bedrooms and a Comfortable/Relaxing Living Room will help you all relax. Mentioning relaxing, you will also be able to enjoy the Private Riverside Balcony that overlooks the Little Pigeon River. Our condo is located a block off the Pigeon Forge Parkway and is minutes from Dollywood, The Great Smoky Mountains and other Top Area Attractions. Cancellation Policy

From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.

Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.

If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.

Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

Great unit bad equipment

Great time and the unit we stayed in was really nice. The only issue was the elevator which broke down twice and the front desk person over the weekend she was very rude and not willing to help at all. We had a h as ndicap person with us so when thd elevator broke they were stuck until it was fixed.

Pigeon forge

Beautiful condo, loved the views of the water. The main thing I look for in a rental is cleanliness , a fully stocked kitchen and adequate seating for everyone in the party and this place did not disappoint. Also loved the location with access to the “bypass” road.

Great place to stay!

Everything was neat and clean.Perfect location on the strip. Easy access to the main road and to all the attractions.Definitely will return to this place on the next trip!

Manning's Cedar Lodge May Vacation

We really loved the property. The room was nice, clean, and plenty of space. The only issues were, 1. While the size of the beds were great, The beds were TOO HARD! I felt like I was sleeping on top of a piece of board:( 2. The TV's were way too difficult to operate, had issues turning them on and getting the channel to change, should not be that way!

Great Place to Stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The price was great and much better than a hotel.

CONDO IN THE MOUNTAINS

LOVED THE LOCATION!! THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WE HAD WAS THE REMOTE CONTROLS TO ALL TV/DVD'S DIDNT WORK. WILL STAY HERE ON OUR NEXT VISIT TO THE MOUNTAINS!!

Card ladies pigeon forge

Enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge. In a great location. Only recommendation was more comfortable living room chair plus another chair to cover carpet corner that we tripped over all the time

Great value ~ convenient location

This was a business trip, so the location was perfect for us, very close to the LeConte Center and convenient for shopping, food, etc. since everything was nearby.

Review Cedar Lodge

Towel Bar in one bathroom was falling off the wall and bathroom walls did not seem to be clean. Other than that was satisified with everything.
