Cancellation Policy

From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.

Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.

If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.

Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

Would stay here again

The unit was walking distance to Dixie Stampede. No issues with our stay at all and the description was exactly as explained. 3 bedrooms with king beds and 3 bathrooms.

Spring Break 2018

The room was great, location was great, staff was great (staff on Check our day was rude) but because everything else was perfect I can overlook that and plan on coming back!

We had a great spring break!

We loved the condo. Everything was great and clean. The only the I would suggest is to put bath mats in the bath tubs because they were slick.

Vacation: July 2017

Condo was nice and clean, only complaint was that the master bedroom fan did not work that well so the room was a little warm, but other than that it was a great unit!

Overall good

Overall it was a god experience. The only complaints I had were that the unit needed to be painted. There were spots where drywall had been patched and not painted. Also, the wifi in this unit wasn't working and no one seemed to be able to help us get it working.

Christmas Weekend

We stayed in this rental for a long family weekend during the Christmas Holiday. There were 6 adults and 1 child. The condo was roomy with all three king size beds comfortable. The only carpet in the bedrooms is getting old and worn, but that is the only thing we noticed. Everything else was very nice and clean. We all enjoyed our stay there and would rent again. The free ticket was a nice bonus.

Most importantly, it was clean

It was clean which is the most important thing when we rent. The condo could use some painting and upgrades, however those are not deal breakers. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Condo but needs a little TLC

We have stayed at this particular condo for several years. We love the property and location! Will continue to book here for our yearly visits to the Smokies! Did have a few problems but were easily fixed. The iron would not work and if it had there was some scorched stuff on it that would easily have transferred to the clothes. Also the ironing board pad wasn't even attached to board because the strings to tighten were broken before it was ever pulled to fit. There were limited cooking pans/utensils which we found odd because there is usually more than enough to cook a meal but we were having to cook one thing at a time and wash pan/utensil and start the next thing. We saw on the "for sale" list that this is one unit that is being sold, definitely need to do some repair work on some of the walls where there were holes and looks like someone patched but had not sanded or painted. Some dark stains on the carpet that needs to be cleaned. Had on white socks and noticed they were not white anymore after walking around on the carpet in the bedrooms. Mattresses need updating too. Rolled to the middle of the bed...good thing we love each other! LOL Location was perfect right by the elevator (which it makes a horrible grinding noise between 2nd and ground floors and will scare you to death first time you hear it!).
