Cancellation Policy

From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.

Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.

If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.

Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

Awesomw stay

Condo was well maintained the only issue we had was a leak under the sink in guess bathroom. Our friend tightened the pipe enough to stop leak and I reported it to the front desk staff. Would be nice for extra pillows and cases but we managed. We stay again. Thanks

Spring Break Getaway

We visit Pigeon Forge every year during spring break. We normally rent a cabin but this year our normal one was already booked. We found this rental and booked right away. The condo had everything we needed and a beautiful view. My only complaint would be the hot water doesn't last long enough to fill the Jacuzzi tub over the jets.

Our stay at Whispering g Pines #642

Our stay would have been more enjoyable if it had been cleaner ( dust covered the coffee table, sliding door was a smeary mess). The TV cabinet is outdated and not a good size for a living room. Recliner was broken last year and is still broken. The staff in the office was very friendly and helpful. We hope to get a different room next time, since we have stayed in the same one for many years.
