Cancellation Policy

From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.

Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.

If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.

Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

family vacation

I had stayed at this resort in the past and loved it but this time had some rough patches. At the time of my reservation I was misinformed which caused my original reservation to be canceled and was not informed about savings I qualified for, upon check in the bedding was dirty and the remotes in the condo did not work. I was also misinformed on when the complementary tickets could be used. There was also other minor details that were not as expected such as broken coasters and what looked like candy or spit on the table. Most of the issues were addressed but not with urgency.

Thank you for being a repeat guest with us at Whispering Pines. At the time you make your reservation, your payment schedule is set. Your payment due date details are outlined on your confirmation. Reservations are only cancelled if payment is not received in a timely manner or if we are unable to reach guest by phone or email due to a payment issue. Please always call and make your reservation by phone to receive your returning guest discount. When you make reservations online there is not a code to select to receive a returning guest discount. We sincerely apologize that the condo was not up to our standards for cleanliness, this is definitely not the norm for Resort Properties Mgmt. Our FREE ticket program is detailed online and in your confirmation. We are always here to answer any questions you have regarding the tickets. We go over your FREE tickets information and explain how they are used when you check in as well. We hope that you continue to visit Pigeon Forge and our beautiful Great Smoky Mountain area.

Time spent away from home

The condo could use an update on the decor. The blankets and pillows need to be replaced.

Rest and Relaxation

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean, great location, friendly staff and quiet. I only have one suggestion. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is loud and very uncomfortable.

Condo needs use some things replaced

Overall we have always enjoyed Whispering Pines. However the rug in the foyer and in the bathrooms need to be replaced. They are slippery and could cause someone to fall.

This is a very good place to stay....very clean...plenty of room...clean pool and the lazy river was night the lights in it changes cool.... and you get up to 2 free movie rentals each night and great coupons..plus u can get discounted Dollywood and Splashpark tickets....all the employees there was super nice and very helpful ..highly recommended!!!!

Clean and Relaxing

The amazing pigeon forge

Overall the the rental experience was amazing the staff was great and really nice and helpful. The condo looked amazing and was very spacious and clean. The balcony has an amazing view and it was amazing waking up and sitting out there drinking a cup of tea. We actually are planning on coming back in august and staying there again. Just being rhere brought back so many childhood memories it was great !!!

A great stay!

Spacious and very accommodating! Everything we could possibly need was supplied. Tvs in all rooms and fireplace and balcony! We stayed in March so the outdoor pool and lazy river were not open yet. The heated pool was great. The only problem we had was that our son uses a power wheelchair due to leg paralysis and there were only two handicapped parking places and they were never available for van /ramp use. Not sure of the condo vs parking place ratio but it seemed disproportionate because the parking lot was VERY crowded. The free attraction tickets were great. We also got unlimited free DVD rental. We used the Hatfield and McCoy show ticket. I would recommend this resort to others!

We have two handicapped parking spaces available at each building as required by law, unfortunately during your stay we had a larger than normal number of persons staying with us who also needed access to those parking spaces. We are sorry the trouble this caused you but there is little we could do is this particular situation.
