This modern, renovated Pigeon Forge Condo is the perfect place to retreat and getaway to when planning a Smoky Mountain Vacation. With two king bedrooms and two full baths, this is a great condo for a group of friends that are looking to go on a girls getaway or a small family ready to make some vacation memories. When decorating our condo, we knew we wanted to add extra touches that would make the rental as comfortable as your home. We have added Blu-Ray players, pillow top mattresses and curved shower rods as recent upgrades. This luxury condo is also decorated in bright and fun colors and furnished with relaxing in mind. Located just a block from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, our condo is easily accessible and close to all the attractions and restaurants in our area. You will not be disappointed when you choose to spend you vacation in our beautiful vacation rental!

Cancellation Policy

From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.

Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.

If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.

Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

Whispering Pines is Amazing

This was the first time we ever stayed at Whispering Pines, and it was the best place we have ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge. It was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at Whispering Pines again.

Room 323 Whispering Pines Condminiums

We had a very good experience. The condominium was nice. My only concern was the couch with a pull out bed was sagging. It was advertised as having a memory foam mattress and it was not memory foam. The couch did not make a comfortable bed. Also, the Lazy River was cloudy our entire stay. Otherwise, it was wonderful. I will stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

Very nice up to date Condo.

This condo was a very nice treat for the weekend. The nice lay out and up to date furnishings the 2 king beds were perfect for our stay. Thanks again for a great condo it was a great weekend.
