Cancellation Policy
From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.
Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.
Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

Great Condo!
The condo was beautifully decorated and it was spotless. The location was perfect, close to everything. Office staff was very friendly and the DVD rental was really a nice touch considering it rained the whole time we were there. We're excited to go back this summer when the pool is open.

Spring Break for my Grandson
On Spring Break with my Grandson and we loved our stay, he had a blast and the view was awesome. Only thing I could see was that the condo needed new skillets, but as a Grandma I always go prepared and took my own because I read the reviews before we left and noticed someone else had mentioned the skillets needed to be replaced but other than that It was a Wonderful and Blessed Vacation for us.. The staff was AWESOME and Very Friendly......

2017 Stay at Whispering Pines
We love the place but and have stayed many times, but this time they only give you limited toilet paper and garbage bags. Pot and pans limited some teflon sklillets bad.

We have always had the policy, like most condo companies, of providing a set of starter supplies for our guests with any additional items being the responsibility of our guests. This is explained on our website as well as in your conformation email. We are happy to provide toilet paper and trash bags from our front desk upon request! Escaping the Hurricane Proved to be a Great Surprise Vacation!
We loved everything - Courteous, helpful staff, clean room and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to the action on the strip. We would stay there again! Free DVD rental was a great perk.
