From date of booking until 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation is allowed. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee deducted from your booking deposit & the remainder will be refunded back to guest. Once inside the 14 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds for any reason and all monies will be forfeited. Date or unit changes inside 14 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations.
Date changes are allowed by this host up until your 14 day prepay and cancellation date. Once you are inside the cancellation period, this host does not allow date or unit changes allowed. That is considered a cancellation.
If you cancel your reservation inside the 14 days prior to arrival your claim and refund will be handled directly between the guest and the Travel Insurance Company. You will file a claim with travel insurance company & they will require proof of cancellation reason. If you cancel outside the 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit less the amount of your Travel Insurance Policy.
Travel Insurance can be purchased directly from this host after booking.

very good, no problems at all, only thing there was a problem with the tv remotes, had to turn on and off the TV's with the button on back of TV's.Would recommend to others? Yes

Stay at Cedar Lodge
We had a wonderful experience at the lodge, the room was updated and new. It is close to the strip and walking distance to all of activities. I wohld highly recommend this lodge to everyðŸ‘Would recommend to others? Yes

The condo was very beautiful, but there needs to be better communication about check in time. I was called from property management 2 days before and reminded that checkin was 4 pm or after and that if we were to be late arrivals, we needed to let them know. I assured the nice lady we would be there at 4 pm. Upon arrival at 4 pm, condo was not ready and had almost 2.5 hour wait with elderly parents, one of whom is extremely deconditioned from various cancers. They had only wanted a weekend away. It was awful. For this reason alone, I will never stay here again!!Would recommend to others? No
Thank you for staying with us. We are very sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your stay, also for your parent's condition. We want everything to be excellent for our guests upon checking into the condos, as well as during their stay. Our housekeeping staff strives to have all condos ready at our high standards on time. However, sometimes during peak seasons like spring break, having condos ready before 4 pm can be simply impossible. Our policy does state that check in begins at 4, but is not guaranteed until the unit has been cleaned and inspected. We sincerely apologize for any wait, miscommunication, and inconveniences this may have caused. Again, I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with your stay with us, but hope you do come back to Pigeon Forge again to enjoy our beautiful area.

Pigeon Forge 2018

vacation in pigeon forge feb. 2018
We stayed at the Cedar Lodge for four nights. We loved to sit on the Balcony and listen to the river next to the Lodge. We will come again next year. The Condo was nice and clean.Would recommend to others? Yes

Nice place but be wary of advertised false discount
My wife and I booked a 4 night stay based on their advertisement stating "Book 3 nights, get the 4th night FREE!" We booked and a day or 2 later got a call confirming our stay and the price which did not include our 4th night free. I informed the caller which stated "Oh, you booked on the 20th & the special ends on exactly the 20th" which I stated, so, if I would have booked the 19th, I would have got the discount? which she said, No. I was a little upset at this point but still booked. The owner called me a day later and said if I wanted to cancel that he would refund my deposit, which was now too late to book another place. If the discount was not in effect, it should have been removed from the advertisement as it is misleading at best...Would recommend to others? Yes

Unfortunately Homeaway did not provide you with the correct information as listed on our website, wherein we state very clearly the promotions offer we have throughout the year. When you book through the Homeaway website you are taken to our website to complete the booking. Our website clearly describes exactly which promos are active, the months and dates within those months they are active, and the promo code for each one. There was no fault of any kind on our part as everything is listed clearly on our website, the email confirmation sent to you confirming booking listed the correct price for your stay. Homeaway is responsible for the verbiage on there website. We honor every promo we publish on our website, many times we will go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience booking and staying with us. We do have the expectation that guests booking online will take the time to look at our website in detail when planning a vacation and if those guests have any questions regarding a promo to call us regarding there stay. We would have been glad to explain everything as stated on our website to you regarding the promo and your stay.
