Great for our large family

We had a very good experience with Eden Crest. I brought my extended family of 11 for a weekend. We spent most of our time at Dollywood so the location could not have been more convenient. We had plenty of room for the little time we spent indoors. The rooms were clean and we had very quick response from maintenance when we needed our freezer fixed. We will stay here again in the future.

Gathering Old Friends

Condo was not ready to be occupied. No signal for TV's or internet. Fireplace would not turn on. Made several calls to try and resolve these problems. The young man they sent out was very nice and spent several hours trying to fix everything. Before he left he said they had not paid their bill and thus no signal for TV's or Internet. Also the carpets and curtains were dirty.

Love the condo but was very dissatisfied

It was a beautiful place however the other renters that were there were very disrespectful. I had to call 3 times in one night for the owners to call the renters to calm them down. However it didn't work they only got louder with each call. Other than that it was a really nice place

Typically most guests are respectful of their neighbors. After being informed we would contact the guest to ask them to quiet things down. In the future if you ever have an issue with noise neighbors we would encourage you to also call the police. Their authority is far greater than ours is these types of situations. We are truly sorry for any inconveniences you experienced, we hope your your next visit to the Smoky Mountains is truly one to brag about.

Elephants Upstairs - Not worth the money

We had a group of 16 staying on two different properties. My group stayed at Briarstone Lodge. The other group got a much nicer place for $500 less!TV's were old and small. Beds were all small. Shower curtain rods were old, rusty, twist-type. Wifi kept going out. My bed had a huge valley in the middle, so my wife and I couldn't help but roll toward the center. Blinds were old and broken. I had to cover two windows with blankets (one because of broken blinds and one because of light shining in). When we arrived, there were other people wandering around our unit (evidently the lockable doors had not been set to divide the units).Worst of all, though, is the sound insulation. I saw the people staying above us - regular people (not elephants). You could hear every step they took. When a child would run, it sounded like the ceiling would come down. This place could stand for some cosmetic improvements, but the main issue cannot be fixed without tearing it down. If you stay here, you definitely want the top floor. Otherwise, you are at the mercy of those above you.I've been vacationing in Pigeon Forge for years, and this was the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Fun weekend

We had a great time and will definitely stay longer on our next trip. There was so much to do and see, very accommodating for our group of adults and kids. Our rental was clean and spacious.

not great

I cant believe the agent lied to me the way he did he told me that you were so booked up I could not believe becase of the car show there was only 2 other condos rented where we was ,he told me I couldn't get another condo I and my brother are on oxygen I am on continouse after I decided to take that one I called back to make sure it was no pets then we relized we had to keep lookin with him the agent was very helpful he put me on hold to make sure they cleaned it extra good when when we got there because they didn't have anything else except a cabin that was $3.000. like The View wich I have stayed I have used Eden rest for at least 12 yrs. 2/3 times a year but I had a stoke and only have 1 good lung have had pneumonia 5 times the past 3 years so this was my first time getting to come I also had to have heart work done when I got back so the Dr.let me take ashort vacation then when we got there the condo had no tvs the bedrooms olny one in the living room . the doors were nasty the carpet was awful the condo needed a lot of work done I have been sick so it took me this long to answer or reply the agent was new and he probably had no idea what it was like they should have to go to all the rentals except the cabins in the gated area because I know they keep them nice I am maybe getting to come back this month but I know I want be staying in this area

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. The location is extremely convenient being just across from Dollywood and Splash Country. Each of our cabins, chalets and condos are privately owned. We do not own them so we are not able to move you to another location simply because you thought you were booking a cabin but instead had booked a chalet. We are not a hotel where there is an office in the lower lobby so we cannot move you to another room because you do not like the view or décor in the home. These are nice chalets that well maintained and clean. They are going through some renovations to update the decorations but the photos clearly illustrate the current furniture and décor. When the updates are completed new photos will be taken so that guests can get the information they need to make an informed decision. We even explained they are older units when you booked and we were almost completely sold out when you booked. We even went to great lengths to get replacement TVs for the bedroom since the new ones were on order. Our desire at Eden Crest is to try and provide all guests with a wonderful vacation experience. While we are human and none of us are perfect we hope that you will accept our sincere apology in the spirit in which it is given.
