Tucked away in one of the Smokies favorite cabin communities this quiet, relaxing 2 bedroom cabin, “SOMEWHERE A PLACE FOR US,” awaits! The 2 level beauty is semi-private and sleeps up to 6 guests, with everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing stay in the Smoky Mountains! Cabin Layout: MAIN LEVEL: Enter into the living room area. The vaulted ceiling gives the feel of a large area. The stack stone hearth is featured by a gas log fireplace (October - March,) perfect for those cool evenings or rainy days. Relax on the comfortable couch that folds into a sleeper and watch cable television or rent a DVD from the local redbox to enjoy. There is access to a porch with upscale furniture, a gas grill and an outdoor picnic table and chairs. KITCHEN/DINING: The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare, serve and enjoy a full meal. Stainless steel appliances fill the room. BEDROOM 1: The bedroom features a King Sized bed with television and there is a full bath with a 2 person jacuzzi tub on this level as well. There is a washer and dryer on this level so you can pack lightly. Sleep 4 on the main level. UPPER LEVEL: Upstairs you are greeted by a sitting room that doubles as an entertainment area. Sit and read your favorite book, play one of your 1980's favorites on a table top arcade game with 12 games or enjoy a Playstation 3 with 2 controllers that are provided. BEDROOM: The bedroom in the upstairs has a King-sized bed and has it's own entrance to a covered, screened porch which houses the bubbling hot tub. THE COMMUNITY: The community is located around a private lake that is just right for some fishing or just a quiet place to sit and enjoy nature. Whether it's just the 2 of you to getaway or a group of up to 6 people, “SOMEWHERE A PLACE FOR US” is perfect for a quiet vacation and is still just a few miles from all of the action in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood and, of course, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
