Located in the gorgeous Wears Valley area, Bear Heaven is a 3-bedroom log cabin that feels like home from the moment you step inside! With TVs in every bedroom, a seasonal fireplace, a private hot tub, and a relaxing patio space, Bear Heaven is the perfect cabin for your Smoky Mountain vacation! Enter the main level of the home into the kitchen, which is fully equipped for you to make your favorite meals! The kitchen closet houses the washer and dryer. There is an adorable dining area that opens into the comfortable living room, with a big leather couch and comfy chairs! There is a smart TV mounted above the wood burning fireplace and cable TV for you to watch the big game. Glass doors lead you to the back deck where rocking chairs, a gas grill, and a bubbling hot tub await! Also on the main level is the main bedroom, with a king-size bed, a TV with streaming capabilities (no cable on this TV, so bring your logins), and a great bathroom with an amazing walk-in shower! Head upstairs using the wooden spiral staircase for the loft bedroom/game room combo! You've got a pool table, smart TV with cable, a seating area, and a full bed. Also in the loft is a half bathroom and a separate jacuzzi/shower! A metal spiral staircase takes you downstairs to a private second primary bedroom! With a queen size bed, mounted smart TV (no cable on this TV, so bring your logins), and an en suite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo, as well as a door that leads outside to the cutest, most relaxing patio you've ever seen, you'll be fighting over this bedroom! If you cannot use the metal spiral staircase, you can also enter this bedroom by using the outdoor stone staircase that leads down to the patio space. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
