Welcome to "Appalachian Dream," an enchanting cabin located just 2 miles from the vibrant Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This exceptional property is designed to provide an exhilarating experience for families seeking adventure in the heart of Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. Newly constructed, this cabin boasts two spacious bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds and two baths, ensuring a delightful and memorable Smoky Mountain getaway for your family. As you arrive and park in the driveway, you'll be captivated by the inviting outdoor seating area. Take in the fresh air while relaxing on the covered outdoor couch, gathering around the outdoor table with an umbrella and four chairs, or firing up the gas grill in the covered outdoor kitchen. Step inside this beautiful cabin to find a fully furnished kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area accommodates seven guests, with a dining table seating five and a small bar with two bar stools. After a long day of exploration, unwind in the fully furnished living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, a rocking chair, a year-round electric fireplace, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. Meanwhile, your kids can have a blast in the upstairs loft area, where they'll find a Simpsons stand-up arcade machine and an NBA Jam stand-up arcade machine. The main level bedroom is exquisitely decorated and features a comfortable king-size bed, while the upstairs bedroom offers another king-size bed and a private bathroom. When you return from your adventures in town, find serenity in one of the four rocking chairs on the porch or indulge in relaxation in the outdoor hammock on the downstairs porch. Alternatively, soak your cares away in the 5-person hot tub on the upstairs deck. "Appalachian Dream" offers an array of amenities to cater to everyone's tastes, ensuring an unforgettable mountain escape. It's bound to become your favorite cabin for an annual Smoky Mountain getaway. Parking is available for one car on the top of the driveway and one car in the gravel space below. We understand that your four-legged companions are part of the family. Well-behaved dogs weighing under 35lbs are welcome to join you, subject to additional fees and compliance with Hearthside Cabins' pet policies. Smoking is not permitted. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. "Appalachian Dream" comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it an ideal choice for a memorable retreat in the mountains.

Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
