Bear Bottoms is the cutest little log cabin in Pigeon Forge! Located on Ridge Road just minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, this studio cabin has a king bed, TV, hot tub, gazebo with a swing that is over 100 years old, pet friendly, and is easy to get to. Bear Bottoms is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic Smoky Mountain vacation! Bear Bottoms is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and is extremely easy to get to! There's flat, paved parking in front of one of the cutest little log cabins you've ever seen. Just off to the side is an adorable gazebo perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in! Walk into Bear Bottoms and the laundry room is to your left. Ahead of you is a cozy couch, a comfy armchair, and a king bed just begging for you to curl up to watch TV in! The TV is a smart TV, so bring your own logins and catch up on your favorite streaming shows. There's also an electric fireplace perfect for setting the coziest atmosphere! On the other side of the bed is a door leading to the bubbling hot tub, which has a high fence around it to get you some privacy while soaking. Just past the bedroom is a spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped so you can make any meal you want! There is also a large full bathroom in the cabin with a great walk-in shower. Bear Bottoms is updated, clean, cozy, convenient, and spacious- it is PERFECT for a romantic getaway! PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN - 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom - 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area - 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink - 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed - 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed - 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
