"Rest Assured" is a cottage bordering on the Little Pigeon River. This lovely 2 Bedroom cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family while visiting The Great Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas. Located in River Plantation, just 10 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, this unit offers paved roads all the way to the cabin with no mountain roads to traverse and would be considered motorcycle friendly only at the rider's discretion. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath unit that sleeps 4 is all one level. There are 17 steps to reach the main level, with parking underneath. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 4 and bar seating for 3, a living area with a gas fireplace, couch, loveseat, and a flat-screen TV. There are 2 Queen bedrooms. 1 Bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath with a jetted tub and a shower combo. The other bedroom has private access to the back deck and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional shared bath with a combination shower and bathtub. The washer and dryer is in the hallway by the bedrooms. The back deck is screened in and offers patio furniture. There is also a nice view of the river, and this unit does have a large yard. There is also a picnic table and a charcoal grill.
